Go there in your mind First!

My workout partner today forgot to carry his sipper to the gym. (Our gym does not have a water cooler)

Mine had only 400 ml of water. I said we can https://www.linkedin.com/redir/invalid-link-page?url=share%2eIt will be enough

He was unsure if it would be. We started working out & he kept looking at the bottle worrying we will run out & need to stop in the middle

It was on his mind & so it was affecting his tempo. I had to finally go & fill the bottle to the brim & we re-started

He was back in his elements

Surprising thing is that at the end of the workout there was still 400 ml left in the bottle! So we together consumed less than 360 ml but the half empty bottle affected his mind so much that he could not workout without knowing thr is enough water (even if he would not need it)

His body followed his mind

So many of us worry abt a certain bank balance, even when we wont ever need that much money in life

It's a proven scientific fact that patients who believe they will heal vs. those who don't are the ones who heal faster even in chronic diseases. Your body believes whatever the mind tells it

Champion #Athletes #train their mind as much as they train their bodies because if you go there in the mind 1st, you will go there in the body!

Want something really bad? Tell yourself you can. Go there in d mind 1st, body will follow
